The B-grade “fruit crates” are crates with defects. These defects consist of small pieces of broken wood, unevenness, unstable or extremely dirty crates.

White fruit crates

These white “fruit crates” have been used for years in the apple harvest and have always contained 15-20kg of apples. The dimensions are 50 x 41 x 31 cm and the apple crates are A-grade, sturdy, robust and stable. The crates are easy to paint, for use in creative projects, and ideal for interior and garden use. Some examples are cupboards, tables, decoration in shops and restaurants, and for on your bike. They can also be used in your garden. An example of this is a vegetable garden.

Each crate has its own distinct traces of use. This gives them a pleasant rugged and vintage look. The crates are not 100% white.
